How We Help

Using enterprise architecture, advanced modeling techniques and customized assessments focused on how you do business, Service Stratum delivers a roadmap to a successful transformation of your environment. Whether a large scale system modernization project, the implementation of Service Oriented Architecture discipline with its corresponding governance practice or a simple process realignment project, Service Stratum consultants will analyze, design and provide an implementation map for the delivery of these strategic and tactical initiatives.


Step 1: Assess the Strategy

When you choose to engage Service Stratum, one of our consultants will initiate a 4-6 week assessment of your operating environment to identify gaps and challenges and present you with a roadmap of changes to solve these issues.

Step 2: Align Resources

Once the assessment and roadmap are agreed upon, Service Stratum starts to engage the Enterprise Business Process group and utilizes or redefines key processes affected by the tactical execution of the strategic change.

Step 3: Tactical Delivery

The tactical delivery may be in the form of process reengineering, solution development or merger integregation. In either event, the consultant switches from providing insight and analysis to being the technical lead for the various teams.
